  • GPS Location (real-time tracking for pickup/delivery): Tracks the user’s real-time GPS location to ensure accurate pickup and delivery operations.
  • Device and App usage data : Automatically collects information on how the app and device are used to monitor performance and improve user experience.
  • IP Address: Captures the user’s IP address to identify device location and ensure secure access to the service.
  • App crash logs: Records technical errors and crashes in the app to help diagnose and fix issues efficiently.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and manage pickup/delivery services
  • To verify user identity and prevent fraud
  • To process payments
  • To notify you about delivery updates
  • To improve app performance and user experience
  • To provide customer support

3. Location Tracking

  • For Customers: To suggest accurate pickup points.
  • For Drivers: To enable real-time job assignment and tracking.
  • You may disable location access, but some services may not function properly.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share your information:

    Your data may be shared with drivers/customers strictly for service fulfillment purposes.
  • Your data may be shared with payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe) for processing transactions.
  • Your data may be shared with government authorities if legally required or in response to valid legal requests.
  • Your data may be shared with service providers for analytics, technical support, and operational improvements.
  • In case of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred with prior notice and will be subject to the new privacy policy.
